A name synonymous with danger, intrigue, and unsolved mysteries, this is a place where around 30 ships and 20 planes have said to be mysteriously disappeared: The Bermuda Triangle.
The Bermuda Triangle would be very less to be compared by a mere word like,''Mysterious''. One of the most haunting tales is the disappearance of Flight 19, a squadron of five Navy bombers that vanished into thin air on December 5, 1945.
Before the radio connection was lost, the pilot reported disorientation and compass malfunctions, after that there was no trace of the flight 19. The crew's last radio transmissions indicated confusion about their location, with Taylor famously stating, "We are entering white water. Nothing seems right. We can't be sure of any direction. Even the ocean doesn't look as it should."
What was more shocking was that a Martin PBM Mariner flying boat was dispatched with 13 crew members to locate the missing planes. Shockingly, this rescue aircraft also disappeared without a trace.
