The Butcher of Bareilly: How Kuldeep Kumar Gangwar Killed 9 Women in 14 Months

The women of Bareilly were disappearing. For over a year, fear gripped the villages. Between June 2023 and July 2024, nine women were found dead in sugarcane fields. Their bodies lay hidden among the tall stalks, their lives cruelly stolen by an unseen hand. The killer moved like a ghost, striking and vanishing without a trace. At first, the police thought these were isolated cases: a robbery gone wrong, a personal dispute, or an accident. But as the pattern emerged, a terrifying realization spread: a serial killer was on the loose. He had a signature strangulation, with the knots always tied to the left. He killed with precision, leaving behind no clues, no evidence. The people of Bareilly lived in fear, locking their doors before nightfall, whispering about the murderer who walked among them. Then, in July 2024, the police caught a man: Kuldeep Kumar Gangwar. When questioned, he simply smiled and confessed, "I killed six." But if he admitted to six, who killed the other thr...

The Mystery of Flight MH370: Did the Internet Solve the Disappearance?

The disappearance of the flight MH370, en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, led to the largest aviation search in the history. In March 2014, The Malaysia Airlines flight carrying 239 passengers and crew disappeared just hours into journey, sparking the most extensive search operation surrounded by numerous theories.

Since 2014, no definitive evidence has been found in the vast 120,000 square-kilometer search area of the Indian ocean leading to an end to the Australian-led search three years later. This case has transformed into a global enigma with every information and theory fueling curiosity of experts and scientists.

What Happened on March 8, 2014?

On that fateful day, MH370 was a Boeing 777-200ER that was to have flown out from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and been airborne just over six hours. After some minimal words exchanged with Malaysian air control, communication ceased. The regular 'Good night' message from he co-pilot was the last contact from the plane anyone had received, and minutes after, the plane lost contact with radar without a trace.

The plane dramatically got diverted off course, heading towards southwest over the Indian ocean before it disappeared completely.

Key Evidence: Debris and the Frustrating Hunt for Answers

Years after the crash, just a few confirmed fragments of the aircraft such as a flaperon discovered on Réunion Island have been found alongside the beaches of the western Indian Ocean. It was these discoveries, however, that triggered hopes for something bigger but an area of thousands of square kilometers without anything coming in step.

The mystery of MH370 has produced one of the largest underwater searches in recorded history. The first search led by a country coalition was completed in early 2017, and a private company called Ocean Infinity resumed it later in 2018.

This ties into another fascinating story we’ve covered: [The Village Without Doors and Its Mystical Protection]

Advanced Sonar technology previously had explored other deep oceans, but in an entirely new area, only sign was reported with a reasonable probability of success without confirmation. Ocean Infinity also offered another mission of further exploration of the unknown space as of 2024, with renewed governmental as well as Transport Minister commitment from Malaysia.
A new search may soon be underway with hopes that advanced era should provide long-awaited solutions.

Theories Surrounding the Disappearance

Captain Deliberately Downed The Plane: One of the most prominent theory suggests that Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah himself led the plane down. The disappearance of the plane was also said to be a murder-suicide scenario created by the pilot shared by Malaysian authorities. In the contrary, Zaharie's family and friends totally disagree with this statement arguing there is no concrete evidence to proof the same.

Was MH370 a Victim of a Technology Test Gone Wrong? A report by a group of retired defense engineers claims that the mysterious disappearance of MH370 may be attributed to the testing of an unknown military technology. According to the paper, turning off EMP or radar-jamming equipment must have inadvertently knocked out aircraft navigation, making it "invisible" to radar. Although no nations have acknowledged testing such an era near the last known location of MH370, experts say there might be a significant radar data gap, supporting this unlikely but plausible theory.

There might have been a Struggle: The plane's irregular flight is one of the most difficult things to explain with a harmless explanation thus far. It flew 45,000 feet above its "ceiling" before falling to a very low altitude. According to Buzdygan, significant altitude variations imply that there may have been a fight. Although cockpit doors have been reinforced to prevent hijacking since 9/11, access may still be possible in some situations. According to him, pilots discuss how they would handle hijackers "over a beer." Buzdygan would not have hesitated to attempt to thwart a hijack by flying aggressively. "I'd try to disorientate and confuse the hijackers by throwing them around," he states.

The Plane will take off again to carry out a Terrorist attack: One of the most outlandish theories is that flight MH370 has been stolen by terrorists in order to commit a 9/11 kinda atrocity. Few people say that the plane has been landed safely and hidden planning to attack a city. But it would be very difficult to hide a plane and  239 passengers to execute such dramatic attack without getting anyone discover about it, Maffett suggested
Adding to it, he said, ''We are now at stage where very, very difficult things have to be considered as all sensible options seem to have dropped off".
While other argues that although it is almost impossible that a plane could be secretly landed, it is unlikely that the plane would be suitable enough for taking off again.

One conspiracy theory suggests that the radar might have been triggered primarily by an aircraft flying over the northern passage, which could be Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, China, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, or. Thailand.

This theory suggests that no one wants to admit that he shot down a plane full of passengers and may have concealed the incident. But there are many holes in this theory, including the need to avoid multiple radar systems before one is triggered by aircraft and holding the state responsible for secrecy.

Other theories points to the US military base in the middle of the Indian ocean on the tropical atoll of Diego Garcia, an island owned by the UK but leased to the US. One of the extreme theories claim that US captured the plane and flew it to its base. But the complicacy of this theory makes it even more difficult to know where to start the rebuttals.

New Developments and Renewed Searches (2024)

  • Ocean Infinity’s Mission: In 2024, Ocean Infinity has proposed a new search mission for the missing flight MH370, using advanced sonar technology and robotic and drone exploration in unmapped areas of Indian ocean. he proposal was submitted in June, 2024, and involves searching of 15,000 square kilometer area in the southern Indian ocean. However, the proposal is still under review of UK government and has not been passed yet.

  • New Drift Analysis: To support technological advances, teams of researchers have spent years analyzing ocean current data, working to develop more accurate models of Indian Ocean currents Based on three days of observed debris this from MH370, researchers are rethinking and recalculating many methods—where floating parts of the water plane may have gone of advanced oceanographic models By using it is aimed at identifying region some highly targeted areas near previously unexplored areas in the southern Indian Ocean.

  • Circulation analysis assumes that seasonal changes, storm disturbances, and deeper subsidence bring debris fragments, especially particles that float longer, now that improved meteorological and oceanographic data are used along with these models can provide a more nuanced understanding of the possible pathways of damage. This incredible trajectory not only guides the Ocean Infinity robots, but also encourages other countries in the region to continue to monitor their coastlines for signs of debris.

The Quest for Closure

For the families affected by the MH370 tragedy, these new developments represent more than just a technical mission they offer a glimmer of closure. The renewed search in 2024 is as much about answering questions as it is about bringing peace to the loved ones who have waited in anguish for almost a decade. With Ocean Infinity’s mission, advanced drift analysis, and a coordinated international effort, the search for MH370 reflects not only the relentless pursuit of truth but also the collective resilience of those determined to solve this modern mystery.

As the search presses forward, the world watches closely, holding on to the hope that this latest chapter in the quest to find MH370 may finally unlock the answers that have eluded us for years.
